Returns & Exchanges

At Recollection, we want you to love every piece you curate; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
